Already in 2009, Titus Dittmann had supported and successfully completed the project "Skateistan" in Kabul with monetary and material donations as well as services and a media presence. In 2013, skate-aid was represented for the first time with a mobile ramp at the Sound Central Festival in Kabul. It's the only art and youth culture festival of its kind in Central Asia. In total, nearly 4,600 visitors attended the site to enjoy bands and breakdancing, watch graffiti artists at work or admire the skateboarding action.
