"Celebrate and promote" is the motto when skate-aid founder Titus Dittmanninvites to the Westenergie skate-aid-night in the festive ambience of the Skaters Palace. After a break in 2020 due to Corona, around 200 guests from all over Germany followed his call on 20.11.2021.
Among them many prominent "skate-aid Friends", such as Mayor Markus Lewe, who spoke an emotional greeting, Member of the Bundestag Cem Özdemir and actor Wotan Wilke Möhring.
Charming and humorous André Gatzke and co-host Mara Bergmann led through an entertaining and rousing evening. The soul artist and singer/songwriter Sebastian Bosum, the thrilling GOP Münster acrobatic act "Duo Nuel" and exquisite culinary delights from Böinghoff Event & Catering, brought the guests in the best (donation) mood - and of course the success stories from the skate-aid projects.
In the end, around 70.000 Euro were the result, with which the worldwide skate-aid projects can be further advanced.
"We empower kids! Our mission inspires people and I am very happy about the appreciation and support of our work - so many burning hearts for skate-aid!", Titus Dittmann was impressed by the great willingness of the guests to donate and the spirit of the gala. From the raffle to the hall auction, there was plenty of opportunity to do good. The 15th edition of the Westenergie skate-aid-night was once again a complete success.
